Attimo

Catch a thought
before it slips away.

Record from your iPhone or Apple Watch.
Attimo keeps what you said so you can come back to it later.

Say it as it comes.

Start recording on your iPhone or Apple Watch and say what you're thinking.

There is no title to write and no folder to choose before you move on. Each recording becomes a Moment, with the original audio and transcript kept together.

On supported iPhones, you can also start recording from the Action Button.

Then Attimo makes sense of it.

Your transcript stays with the recording. Attimo adds a title and short summary, then looks at the Tags you already use and suggests the ones that fit.

You decide which suggestions to keep.

What you said

Oh, Marco mentioned this little restaurant near Campo Santa Margherita

I can't remember what it was called

but apparently it's really good

we should try it next time we're in Venice

What Attimo makes of it

Title
Restaurant to try in Venice
Summary
Marco mentioned a restaurant near Campo Santa Margherita that sounds worth trying on a future trip to Venice.

Examples are illustrative. Results vary by device, language, software version and recording conditions. Transcription and generated text can get things wrong. The original recording stays with the Moment, so you can always go back to what you actually said.

Attimo's Shortcuts menu for Rome before conference, showing Run all and the Add to Trip Plan and Create Work Follow-up automations
Video demonstration: From the Rome before conference Moment, Attimo opens the Shortcuts menu and shows Run all with Add to Trip Plan and Create Work Follow-up. No Shortcut is run.

Capture here. Continue anywhere.

If you already have your own system, Shortcuts let Attimo hand a Moment to it.

Connect a Shortcut to a Tag. When a Moment has that Tag, you can run the connected Shortcut directly from Attimo. If several apply, choose one or run them all.

Add to Travel tips

Attimo passes the Moment to the Shortcut. Your workflow decides what happens next.

It can create a task, append something to a note, create an event, call a web service, or do whatever else you've built.

Shortcuts are optional. Attimo works without setting any of this up.

Your thoughts stay yours.

Transcription happens on your device. By default, Attimo uses Apple’s Private Cloud Compute for eligible generation and analysis, sending only the Moment information needed for the result. The audio recording is never sent. You can choose on-device processing in Settings.

Apple states that Private Cloud Compute request content is used only to fulfil the request, is not retained or made accessible to Apple, and is removed after the response.

Your Moments can sync through your private CloudKit database. You don’t need an Attimo account, and I don’t run a server that receives your Moment content. Attimo has no advertising, tracking or third-party analytics.

Attimo is for iPhone and Apple Watch.

Built for iOS 27 and watchOS 27.
